We migrated and redesigned Grupo Éxito's corporate portal on Drupal, modernizing its content architecture, multi-brand editorial governance and the experience for investors, press and candidates. We implemented a reusable component model, performance and technical SEO improvements, and an editorial panel that empowers internal teams to publish independently while keeping brand consistency.
