The Electronic Frontier Foundation in collaboration with the Tor project has launched a beta version of the HTTPS Everywhere Extension, this extension encrypts communication with a large number of websites making requests over https, many websites although they offer https support are not intuitive to use or link to sections without https which does not ensure that we are always on an encrypted connection, with this extension we can stay in an encrypted connection as long as it is available.
