On September 23rd, together with Acquia, we held the Webinar "Everything you need to know about Drupal 8", the duration is only one hour but we managed to cover the basic concepts that are important to know about this new version, we invite you to watch the recording that is already available.

By contributing translations to  Drupal.org  we are doing our part to help the community to use it in different languages, which ultimately benefits many people who do not have the slightest command of the English language.

With around 118,713 reported installs at the moment,  Zen  is almost twice as popular as Omega, which comes in second. This means there is a large community answering questions, writing documentation, and fixing bugs, along with some hardened code, that other base themes can't match.

We know that not everyone is ready to make the leap to Drupal 8, but surely they are still unaware of the equally powerful aspects of Drupal 7, that is the case for those who have not yet been encouraged to try the Zen theme for Drupal 7.

Drupal is a platform for rapid website assembly, allowing you to build websites in a matter of a few weeks, with minimal custom programming. There is no need to start from scratch every time you build a new site.
